Privacy Policy

1. Using the app without an account

You can open and use the app without registering — in guest mode. In this case, no personal data is collected and nothing is sent to a server. In guest mode, after a certain number of questions, you must sign in to continue.

2. Data collected when you create an account

You can sign in only through Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. The app does not see or store your Apple or Google password — authentication is handled entirely by those companies’ own systems.

These three pieces of information are stored in Firebase Authentication. Google provides this service, and the data is held on Google’s servers.

Hiding your email when signing in with Apple

If you select “Hide My Email” when signing in with Apple, Apple gives us a relay address that forwards to your real address instead of sharing your real address. This is entirely your choice and does not affect how the app works.

3. Data that stays only on your phone

The profile you fill in on the registration screen — first name, surname, username, email address, age, preparation level, and area of interest — is not sent to any server. It is stored only in your device’s internal storage.

The same applies to your learning history: the questions you have answered, your results, and your progress do not leave your device. If you delete the app, this data is removed from the device as well.

4. Data we do not collect

The app does not track you across other companies’ apps and websites and does not give your data to anyone for advertising purposes.

• Location data
• Contact lists, photos, microphone, camera
• Health, financial, and payment data — the app is free

5. Who data is shared with

Account data is shared with only one service provider — Google (Firebase Authentication and Firebase Cloud Firestore). Google processes the data on our behalf. See: Firebase privacy documentation (https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy).

No data is given to any other third party. Data is not sold, rented out, or shared for advertising purposes.

Disclosure of data may be required by law — for example, in response to a lawful request from a competent government authority.

6. Downloading questions

The app downloads the question bank and images over the internet. These requests are anonymous — nothing identifying you is sent. The server sees only which content is requested, not who requested it.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from within the app: open the account screen and select “Delete account”.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible — your Firebase Authentication record (identifier, email address, name) is completely deleted, and your profile and progress on the device are also cleared. A deleted account cannot be recovered.

You can also revoke Sign in with Apple under Settings → Apple Account → Password & Security → Apps Using Apple ID.

8. How long data is stored

Account data is stored for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, the data is deleted immediately. Data on your device remains until you delete the app.

9. Children

The app is intended for adults preparing for civil service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we discover that such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.

10. Your rights

If you would like to view, correct, or delete your data, write to the address below. We respond to requests within 30 days.

11. Changes to this document

If the policy changes, the updated text will be published on this page and the date above will be updated. You will be notified of significant changes through the app.
